Per Lütken

Per Lütken was one of Denmark's most influential glass artists, working at Holmegaard Glassworks from 1942 until his death in 1998. During his long career, he designed over 3,000 glass objects and left a strong mark on Danish glass design.

Lütken's work is characterized by soft, organic forms, perfect balance and a timeless aesthetic. He created both utility series and art glass, with series such as *Idéelle*, *No. 5* and *Provence* becoming iconic for their elegance and ease of use.
