Mona Morales-Schildt (1908-1999) was a Swedish glass artist working at Kosta Glassworks in the 1950s and 60s. She was known for her elegant and colorful glass objects, often with deep, rich colors and soft, organic shapes.
One of her most famous works is the 'Caramba' series, characterized by bold colours in a layered technique. She often worked with optical effects and contrasts between clear and matte surfaces, giving her glass a unique luster and depth. Today, her work is highly sought after by collectors of Swedish art glass.
